Registration for the 8th International Wildland Fire Conference will open June 2022.

The 8th International Wildland Fire Conference (8th IWFC) offers a unique opportunity to profile your organization and showcase your technical and service solutions with over 1.200 wildfire professionals from around the world.

Organized by AGIF and the ILC, this is the most important global conference and exhibition that brings together thought leaders, decision makers, leading researchers, and business representatives from the wildland fire sector.

The Exhibition

Located on the ground floor of the Conference venue, the 8th IWFC Exhibition will be the networking hotspot during the conference. All lunches, coffee breaks will be served in the exhibition hall providing good opportunities to showcase your services and to network with Conference delegates.

The Exhibition will host two dedicated areas to promote international projects and Startups with solutions for the wildland fire management.

Exhibition space is charged per square meter and can be booked as an all-inclusive Shell Scheme package – a pre-build stand with lightning and power – or as Space Only.

  • Creating an overview of deadlines and stand preparation, including rules & regulations, technical guidelines, build-up and dismantling times, for the physical event;

Exhibitor Registration

Everyone attending Wildland Fire 2023 must be registered. There are two different ways:

Exhibitors will receive three (3) free passes for every nine (9) square meters booked and paid for. When booking your stand, you can add your free registrations. If you have used all your free passes and want to register more people, please use the regular online registration form.

Terms and conditions to exhibit

a) Exhibition spaces and sponsorship items will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to the Conference Sponsors.

b) The allocation of exhibition spaces also depends on the booth requirements and available space.

c) Sponsorship items and Exhibition spaces will be allocated after completing the online form and issuing the respective invoice.

d) It is the exhibitor's responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations of the Alfândega do Porto Congress Center.

a) Upon receipt of the registration form, the organization will issue the respective invoice

c) Payment for renting space, services, accommodation and/or any other items included in the Sponsor's Manual must be made before the conference, unless expressly authorized by the Organization.

Cancellation terms

a) If the company intends to cancel or reduce its sponsorship or presence at the exhibition, it must inform Leading via email: info@wildfire2023.pt

b) The reimbursement of the exhibition space or sponsorship items will be ensured by the Organization, upon receipt of a written request and under the following conditions:

  • Until 31 January 2023, 50% of amount paid will be refunded
  • From 01 February 2023 no refunds will be made
